General
Is it mandatory to create an account to shop ?
No we provide guest checkout option as well. But we recommend you to create an account as your account will allow you to track your orders, receive the status of your orders via email as well as remain notified on exclusive offers and newsletters. The process of creating an account shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
How do I create an account ?
Click the account icon next to search (at top right) and click on create account.
What if I forget my account password ?
If you have forgotten your account password simply click on 'Forgot your password?' link on login page. It will ask for your account email, just enter the email and click on submit. You will receive the reset instruction in the email.
Will I be charged any taxes on the products that I purchase?
No. You pay for what you see. All our prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.
Bulk Orders
What if we need a product in bulk packs ?
Most of the products we can offer in 5 KG bulk packing. Please reach us at support@realorganics.in and we can work with you.
Shipping & Refunds
What is local delivery ?
We will be leveraging our stores for delivery and hence you will see an option for free local delivery for eligible pin codes. Right now this delivery is offered only in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and are working on expanding it to other locations.
How do I place a free local delivery order ?
During checkout please enter the shipping address and based on your shipping address pin code we will show you an option for Free local delivery if your pin code is eligible. Please select that option and place your Order.
Do you deliver outside India?
Currently we do not deliver our products outside India.
Why is the shipping cost high where the price of the product itself is very low?
Shipping fee is a function of volumetric weight and the type of product. We give our best effort to send you the products via reliable delivery partners in the minimum time.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on shipping price ?
The shipping price you see at checkout is what you pay. Our shipping prices are all inclusive of taxes.
Can you purchase outside India and get it delivered to a address in India
Yes, you can purchase our products via a valid credit card (we may ask you for additional authentication information) from any place outside India and get it delivered to a valid address in India.
What if I have made the payments and there is no serviceability to my city/pin code?
As a process, we will try and get products delivered to non-serviceable locations by tie-ups with local courier companies. If we are unable to do so, we will refund the full amount back to you after informing you on the same.
What should be done if my package has been opened or damaged or I receive an incorrect product?
Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email to support@realorganics.in with the images within 24 hours of delivery. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

Order status
How do I check the status of my Order?
Every order placed will have a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you place the order. Regular email updates will be sent regarding the status of your order.

We offer you multiple online payment methods and accept payments made using Internet banking,Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards, Wallets, Paytm & Paypal.
Is it safe to shop online using my Debit or Credit Card ?
Yes, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partner always use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details safe and confidential.
Do you have Cash on Delivery option?
No, we do not have cash on delivery option at this point but we are working on enabling that option.
