Shipping Policy

We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders of 1500 INR and above.

ORDER PROCESSING

Majority of our orders are dispatched - within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. We ship on all working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.We will make best efforts to ensure accurate delivery of your products in good condition.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Most of the orders are shipped through India post and leading courier services via standard surface delivery and you can expect the orders to be delivered in 4-6 business days depending on your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters or causes beyond our control.In such cases you may either email us or directly contact the courier for the status of your consignment.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive a follow up email containing the shipping details.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason like customer not available for delivery etc we will still charge you for the order and if you want the same order to be shipped again, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal/courier agency.

 In case if the package is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days (so that we can work with the courier company) and then work with reach out to you on the next steps. 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume of the products. We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps to offset logistics costs. We also continuously work with our shipping partners to get the best available shipping rates.

DAMAGE OF EXTERNAL PACKAGING

On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, customers are requested to verify the quality/quantity of the products against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy is noticed in the packet, customer can either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In such cases, the customer is requested to email us intimating us on the issue. Photographs & video proof of opening the damaged package should be recorded and sent to us within 4 hours of item delivery. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.

In case you have refused to accept delivery of the consignment, kindly intimate us with the details of your order and we will work on from there.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADDRESS 

Please make sure you provide the complete street address along with pin code and nearest landmark. Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us via our email support@realorganics.in within 4 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 4 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.

Free Local Delivery :

We will be leveraging our stores for delivery and hence you will see an option for free local delivery for eligible pin codes. Right now this delivery is available only in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and are working on expanding it to other locations.

During checkout please enter the shipping address and based on your shipping address pin code we will show you an option for Free local delivery if your pin code is eligible. Please select that option and place your Order. 

With current COVID situation and limited store hours, we will try to do the local delivery on the same day, just in case we are not able to, we guarantee next day delivery (excludes Sundays)
